ATL: World's Busiest Airport currently honors two former mayors.
Mayors Hartsfield & Jackson have inspiring legacies because they sacrificed for Atlanta. This "GKC Initiative" recommends moving their names to the ATL-International Terminal, plus adding our inspiring Mayor Shirley Franklin.

Let's ADD Shirley Franklin: Atlanta's First Female Mayor. She was elected in 2001, at the birth of the Peace Millennium. Mayor Franklin fully embodies Mahatma Gandhi's wonderful proclamation: "The Future Is With Woman!" Let's support adding Mayor Franklin's name, and her great legacy to the international terminal to support equity and inclusion.
Mayors Hartsfield, Jackson, and Franklin have sacrificed and served the City of Atlanta substantially. Their names need to be remembered and celebrated on the international terminal of ATL: The World's Busiest Airport. Because they loved the City so much, we are certain they would support our petition for:
